As part of a strategic update, CEO Klemens Haselsteiner and selected experts presented the new Group Strategy 2030 "People. Planet. Progress."
We want to be profitable and at the same time create added value for people and our environment. In keeping with this, our corporate strategy for 2030 clearly reads: People. Planet. Progress. – the guard rails that show us the way.
Our targets
- 6% EBIT margin by 2030
- Increase in employee retention by 6% compared to the previous year
- Reduction of CO2e emissions per euro earned by 6% annually
- Increase in digital maturity along the entire value chain by 6% per year

More than almost any other industry, the construction industry has a responsibility to develop solutions to operate in a climate-neutral, socially and environmentally responsible manner.
