STRABAG is a construction group that operates worldwide. From our home market of Austria, we cover every area of the construction industry and the entire construction value chain. With approximately 86,000 employees, we generate an annual output volume of around € 19 billion. We are pursuing a clear goal: to design, build and operate construction projects in a way that protects the climate and conserves resources – by 2040.

How we are organized

STRABAG is run by a five-member Management Board team under the leadership of CEO Klemens Haselsteiner. The Management Board has established the strategic course for our major goal: to become climate neutral by 2040.

What we build

The short answer: (almost) everything.
The long answer: We carry out construction projects worldwide under the two primary brands STRABAG and ZÜBLIN. From small-scale construction projects directly in your area to extraordinary large-scale projects. You too have likely driven on a STRABAG road, lived or worked in a building constructed or operated by STRABAG or benefited from underground railway lines, tunnels or bridges that STRABAG has built.
